 Our History

We started our sweet journey 17 years ago in 2008, right in the heart of Mission Bay Plaza, Boca Raton, Florida—a vibrant shopping center known for its mix of local gems and everyday conveniences. Our original location allowed us to build a loyal community of chocolate enthusiasts in around the neighborhood. What began as a small dream of creating bespoke chocolates for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events quickly grew into a beloved local favorite, where customers could watch us hand-dip treats and customize molds for everything from alligators (a nod to Florida wildlife) to personalized logos.

As our popularity spread through word-of-mouth and glowing reviews for our unique flavors—like pistachio-infused bars and sea-salt caramel truffles—we outgrew our Boca Raton roots. In 2014, we made the exciting move to Miami Beach, Florida, embracing the city’s dynamic energy and diverse clientele. Our new home in the sunny, beachside vibe of Miami Beach has let us expand our offerings, incorporating tropical inspirations such as guava-filled chocolates and key lime ganache, while maintaining our commitment to fresh, small-batch production. Today, we’re thriving in this coastal paradise, serving both locals and tourists with the same dedication that started it all.
